Pemizo Technologies Sdn. Bhd. provides software consulting, custom development, system integration, and process automation services to businesses in Malaysia and internationally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and deliverables produced by Pemizo Technologies become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe the nature of work done (without disclosing confidential details) for portfolio purposes.
We treat client business information, workflows, and system architecture as confidential. We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
Payment schedules are defined per engagement. Overdue payments may result in work being paused. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed.
Pemizo Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
